Researcher for the IT Recruitment team at X5 Tech to find and screen candidates.
Tasks:
- Search for candidate profiles (HH.ru, career.habr, LinkedIn, Amazinghiring, etc.)
- Communicate with candidates via e-mail, social media, and messengers
- Phone screening and participation in interviews
- Organize interviews
- Assist recruiters in preparing candidates for onboarding
- Enter information into the HR system
Requirements:
- At least six months of experience in personnel recruitment
- Experience in recruiting IT specialists
- Ability to use LinkedIn, social media, and other resources to search for candidates
- Ability to work in a multitasking environment
Conditions:
- Employment under a Civil Law Contract (GPH)
