Your responsibilities will include:
- Persuading clients, in accordance with legislation, to pay overdue debts;
- Conducting phone negotiations with clients, debtors' relatives, and third parties;
- Entering data into software.
Our successful candidate:
- Has fluent speech;
- Possesses basic knowledge of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, the Civil Procedure Code of the Russian Federation, and Federal Law 229 "On Enforcement Proceedings";
- Knows Federal Law 230;
- Has at least 6 months of experience in debt collection;
- Has experience working in companies specializing in issuing or collecting secured loans/credits;
- Has experience using modern artificial intelligence tools.
