Now we are looking for a Project Manager to strengthen the Operations Team and work on business tasks.
Operations is a young team, it's informal, atmospheric, and warm here. We are involved in identifying and reducing business risks, building and optimizing processes. We work using a Scrumban approach, using Asana, Slack, Google Workspace, regular dailies, and OKRs. The team currently consists of a team lead and two project managers; close collaboration on cross-functional projects with legal teams, accounting, the finance department, and product areas is expected.
Our work directly impacts financial security, reduces operational and legal risks, increases data protection, and aids product development. Our goal is the stability and sustainability of all company business processes.
Main areas of work:
- Sustainability – adapting the business to external changes and legislative requirements
- Optimization – finding ways to optimize expenses
- Risk management - identifying and mitigating risks for the business, protecting intellectual property
What you will do:
- Implement existing projects in the operational department and launch new processes and projects
- Plan project work (decomposition, planning, Gantt charts and roadmaps, prioritization, task tracking, deadline control)
- Identify and minimize risks and form an action plan for their occurrence
- Research information and new unconventional solutions for task implementation
- Communicate within the team, within the company, and with the right people everywhere and always
What we expect from the candidate:
- At least 2 years of experience as a project manager or business assistant
- Ability to create and maintain a project risk map, skills in building Gantt charts and planning project stages
- Proficiency in decomposing tasks and project blocks
- Experience in building, documenting, and implementing processes within a team or company
- Ability to create Definition of Ready (DoR) and Definition of Done (DoD) for tasks and projects
- Experience working with task trackers
- Experience managing projects with multiple stakeholders
- Autonomy and proactivity
