Your Main Challenge
We are launching an ambitious new plan in the Findmykids app. Your task will be not just to "find partners," but to integrate top market players into the app's ecosystem, creating additional value for millions of families.

What You'll Be Doing:
- Building processes for finding partners for integration into the new Findmykids plan.
- Searching for relevant services worldwide, pitching the idea, agreeing on commercial terms, and finalizing contracts and technical integrations.
- Being the driver of the process – owning the entire partnership establishment process: facilitating meetings, engaging the right stakeholders, maintaining a fast pace of communication and feedback.
- Planning and developing long-term partnerships: after signing the contract, everything is just beginning – we plan to develop and scale the plan to all countries worldwide.
- Not just negotiating, but also analyzing and finding non-obvious growth points during cooperation. Thinking with a broad horizon and long-term perspective.
- Digitizing every project, calculating media plans, and proving effectiveness with case studies.
What's Important to Us:
- Fluent English (Advanced), allowing you to negotiate with partners from anywhere in the world.
- Experience in IT/Product/BizDev: You understand how digital products work and how to integrate partners into a product.
- Experience finding partners in the International market.
- Project Management Skills: You know how to coordinate teams and meet deadlines even in chaos.
- Strong Negotiation Skills: You understand what and how to sell to a partner for the benefit of the business.
- Analytical Mindset: You are comfortable with numbers and not afraid of responsibility for results.
- Understanding of basic document flow and reporting.
