We are looking for a Service Manager / Service Delivery Manager for GIS

What needs to be done: ⚙️ Maintain SLA: ensure service availability and stability. 🚨 Manage the resolution of complex technical incidents. 📈 Automate routine tasks and reduce the workload on engineers. 🗣 Be a reliable buffer between government customers, business, and the technical team.
