Technical Support Service Manager Company: 13tm Location, citizenship: Russian Federation, Republic of Belarus (time zone +-2 hours from MSK) Format: remote, full-time, outstaff Salary: 200-230k net
Requirements: • Experience as a service manager (or in a similar position) for 3+ years • Knowledge of ITIL, ITSM technical support processes (certification will be a plus) • Experience in technical support and service management • Knowledge and understanding of project management processes, skills in building processes and regulations • Knowledge of the technical base and understanding of the architecture of software solutions, server equipment, network infrastructure • Experience in forming and managing SLAs • Skills in reporting on technical support projects, controlling SLA/OLA
Will be a plus: • Experience as a team lead or support team manager • Experience in implementing or adapting ITIL processes • Experience working with external clients
