Description
What you will do:
Development and implementation of an annual, quarterly, and monthly promo plan for categories (culinary/ready-to-eat food, bakery products, hot kitchen), including ad hoc requests.
Achievement of commercial KPIs in collaboration with the commercial department (penetration in check and users, write-off share, retention, revenue).
Preparation of briefs and task assignment in JIRA for marketing initiatives.
Development of in-out concepts (new products for marketing initiatives) for major seasons and projects based on analysis of trends, audience, competitors, and market practices.
Analysis of promotion effectiveness for categories, plan-vs-actual reporting for category projects.
Development and testing of hypotheses for category development, evaluation, and scaling of best practices.
Conducting negotiations with partners and suppliers.
Preparation of reporting presentations for categories and projects.
Planning and control of the marketing initiatives budget.
Project activities.
What we expect from you:
At least 3 years of experience in the FMCG e-com / e-grocery segment.
Experience with categories such as "Culinary/Ready-to-Eat/RTE" (including experience with hot kitchens), "Bread and Bakery Products".
Experience with analytics – ability to work with data and make informed conclusions based on it; ability to analyze the market and competitors; identify growth points in user scenarios and propose solutions.
Understanding of metrics: GMV, ARPPU, penetration, retention, conversion; ability to work with RFM segmentation.
Presentation skills – speaking to commercial teams and management.
Five-day work week, eight-hour workday, hybrid work format.
