Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in construction organizations as Head of HR Department (ASE group companies, Titan-2 concern as an advantage)
- Excellent Excel skills and experience working with large datasets.
- Expert knowledge of the Labor Code of the Russian Federation, rotational work methods, and summarized working time accounting.
