We are looking for a CEO from the advertising industry to join an advertising business at the intersection of media, digital, technology, and data. The ideal candidate can manage a business, has a deep understanding of media planning and digital, and is personally involved in attracting new clients.

The role involves full responsibility for the development of the media division, commercial results, key clients, and new business.

The key task of the role is to develop the business, grow the client portfolio, revenue, and profitability, strengthen media expertise, and find new commercial opportunities.

What is particularly important:

• Deep expertise in media planning and media strategy;
• Strong experience in digital and understanding of the modern media mix;
• Proven new business experience: attracting major clients, participating in tenders, negotiations at the CMO / CEO level;
• Experience working with major advertisers and developing long-term client relationships;
• Responsibility for P&L and commercial results;
• Experience managing strong media teams;
• Ability to find new growth points and turn them into business;
• Interest in technologies, data, AI, and automation of media processes;
• Candidates from large media, digital, and integrated communication agencies are of particular interest;
• A combination of three things is critical for this role: strong media expertise, a deep understanding of digital, and real experience in attracting new business.
