Deputy Director for Contract Manufacturing at the pharmaceutical company Solopharm
Pharmaceutical company Solopharm is looking for a Deputy Director for Contract Manufacturing.
Responsibilities:
- Management of contract manufacturing department managers (2 specialists reporting to you)
- Carrying out activities for the search and attraction of potential and new clients
- Working with existing clients and monitoring the sales plan for your department, participating in the development of the contract manufacturing plan
- Preparation and conclusion of contracts with clients for placing contract manufacturing
- Interaction with other departments of the company for the timely execution of tasks for transfer and subsequent contract manufacturing
Requirements:
- Experience in successful full-cycle project management in pharmaceutical companies
- Experience in preparing, coordinating, and supporting contracts
- Proficient in analytical tools: working with financial and production reports, cost calculation, forecast building
- Negotiation skills with potential and existing clients
- Ability to build trusting relationships with clients, colleagues, and contractors, effectively represent the company's interests at various levels
