Laser Doctor, a network of laser and aesthetic medicine clinics, is seeking a General Director

Laser Doctor is a network of laser aesthetic medicine and cosmetology centers. They are looking for an active professional with strong leadership qualities to join their team.

Main Responsibilities:

• Effective operational management of the "Laser Doctor" Group of Companies, including the medical direction
• Business development: developing an effective strategy for the development/expansion of the clinic network within the proposed and approved concept, with constant monitoring and analysis of trends in the medical services market
• Monitoring the activities of the Company's divisions based on key criteria
• Building and controlling business processes, the Company's structure, organizing effective work and interaction of structural divisions
• Developing and approving internal Company regulations, policies, and standards in accordance with the policy of protecting the owner's interests
• Developing a strategy for the development and expansion of the clinic network
• Brand development and new directions
• Developing the Company's economic development strategy
• Ensuring the protection of the owner's interests in each area of operational activity

Requirements:

• Higher education in enterprise management
• Relevant experience as a Company Director for at least 6 years, Commercial Director, Finance Director, with a broad branch network
• Successful experience in managing personnel of 200+ people
• Experience in building an effective transparent accounting and budgeting system, analysis and forecasting, cash flow management, cost analysis and optimization
• Knowledge of contract law
• Experience interacting with regulatory authorities
