Title: Business Analyst for Banking Processes Support Team

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Gather and analyze business requirements for the product, communicate with the business client and product owner
- Develop and describe business task concepts from scratch to detailed diagrams
- Formalize and coordinate requirements (user stories, use cases)
- Communicate with the system analyst regarding the preparation of the technical part of the product description; verify and approve technical specifications
- Manage requirements (storage and updates, monitoring the status of individual requirements as the product progresses and ensuring correct implementation)
- Monitor the implementation of tasks by the product team
OUR CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience in the banking B2B sector - from 3 years
- Experience in B2B projects related to lending, current accounts, credit conveyor, documentary products
- Experience as an IT business analyst (interacting with developers and testers)
- Experience in gathering and formalizing customer requirements (preferably in the context of large corporate lending)
- Experience using collaborative work systems (Jira, Confluence)
- Experience participating in integration projects
