Company: NDA Work format: remote, full-time Candidate location: outside the Russian Federation and Belarus

We are an international Web3 project and one of the top crypto exchanger aggregators. Our service combines offers from reliable partners, supports thousands of popular tokens, and finds the best market rates for the user.

Responsibilities: • Search for and attract partners (wallets, platforms, DeFi); • Conduct negotiations in English: present the product and close deals; • Manage deals and pipeline in CRM (HubSpot); • Support partners through launch (compliance + integration); • Develop partners and grow volumes.

What we expect from the candidate: • 2+ years of experience in BD / partnerships in Web3 (crypto, DeFi, wallets, swap projects); • Experience with the full deal cycle: from attraction to post-integration growth; • Ability to explain a complex product (API, liquidity, cross-chain) in simple terms for business; • English B2+ (negotiations and correspondence); • Experience with CRM (HubSpot or equivalent); • Remote work from any country except the Russian Federation and Belarus.
