Chief Financial Officer
📍__E-commerce | Cosmetics Production | Foreign Trade__
Direct reports: up to 10 people
Responsibilities: Managing the financial function and team RAS (RSBU), IFRS, Cash Flow Statement, P&L, Balance Sheet, Consolidation of Russia + China Financial support for e-commerce + marketplaces Liquidity management, Operational Budget / Cash Flow Budget Foreign exchange risk management Production cycle management Foreign trade Compliance, risk minimization, including sanctions risks
Requirements: — Higher education in finance / economics — Experience as CFO or Deputy CFO for at least 3 years (turnover from 1-2 billion rubles) — RAS (RSBU), IFRS — Foreign trade, currency control, customs — English — Intermediate+
Will be an advantage: — Experience in cost optimization in manufacturing companies — Experience in building a financial function for international scaling — Experience implementing ERP systems — Experience with marketplaces
Conditions: — Employment: Labor Code of the Russian Federation — Schedule: 5/2, hybrid, remote work negotiable — Reporting to: owner / CEO
