Responsibilities: — Influence the main metric Profit Per Person. How effective the business is from the perspective of employee strategy. — C-level partnership on Total Rewards, org design, data. — Budgeting, forecasting, scenarios. — Grading, role architecture, market analytics. — People analytics (ROI, effectiveness). — Performance cycle management. — LTI (phantom stock / virtual options) — design, administration, communication.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years in C&B / Total Rewards with analytics.
• Experience working with C-level and finance.
• Advanced Excel / Google Sheets.
• LTI or equity programs.
