Yandex is looking for a Business Partner for Strategic Partnerships Development.

We have a team that implements large and complex partnership projects with market leaders. They create integrations between Yandex services and partner businesses, turning ideas into working solutions that are visible across the country.
We are looking for a business partner who will implement and develop major partnership projects. Currently, it is important to ensure systematic management of the strategic partnership project portfolio: from initiation and planning to implementation and monitoring of results. You will need to form effective processes for interaction with partners and internal departments, and be responsible for achieving cooperation goals.
Your tasks will include:
- Managing the strategic partnership portfolio: you will participate in planning and controlling key business metrics, propose ideas and mechanics to achieve partner goals, forecast budgets, and implement product integrations.
- Developing interaction processes: you will form and improve work processes with partners and internal departments to ensure synergy at all stages – from initiation to results monitoring.
- Creating project management tools: you will develop and implement tools to more effectively manage partnership projects, track progress, and make data-driven decisions.
- Analyzing portfolio efficiency: you will collect and interpret metrics, prepare reports for management, and propose strategies for optimizing cooperation.
Requirements:
- Ability to manage cross-service and cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders.
- Understanding of business metrics and the ability to evaluate profitability, unit economics, and risks.
- Capacity to balance strategic goals with operational tasks.
- Readiness to take responsibility for project portfolio results.
- Ability to quickly grasp new areas and adapt processes to changing conditions.
It will be a plus if you have:
- Launched large partnership projects or new services in major companies.
- Worked with digital advertising and marketing tools.
- Experience in corporate startup initiatives or internal incubators.
