Hoff retail chain is looking for a Product Manager (Outdoor Furniture and Dining Sets category).
Hoff is a multi-format retailer of furniture and home goods that operates on an "all-in-one" principle.
Hoff offers qualified assistance at all stages of home furnishing – from creating a design project and custom furniture production to final assembly.
The Product Manager at Hoff is responsible for:
- Achieving key commercial performance indicators: revenue, margin, turnover.
- Analyzing sales and working to improve commercial performance.
- Forming and managing the assortment matrix.
- Working with retail: forming the display matrix, agreeing on planograms.
- Sales forecasting, monitoring inventory levels.
- Market analysis: monitoring competitor prices and assortments.
- Working with promotions: planning assortment for promotional campaigns, agreeing on discounts and promo share.
- Interacting with related departments: purchasing, forecasting, marketing, pricing, retail sales departments to resolve current issues.
We expect from the candidate:
- At least 1 year of experience as a Product Manager/Category Manager.
- Experience with furniture is desirable.
- Understanding of key commercial indicators (revenue, margin, turnover, cost price, profit).
- Understanding and application of category management principles.
- Ability to work with a large volume of information.
- Ability to work in a multitasking environment.
- Independence, attention to detail, communication skills.
- Proficient user of Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables), Word, PowerPoint.
