🏙 Company: Weltrade 💻 Format: Remote 🛠 Position: Senior Business Development Manager (Payments)

Weltrade is an international FinTech company with almost 20 years of experience in the online trading and Forex market. The team is currently looking for a Senior Business Development Manager in the Payment Department who will develop partnerships with payment providers, banks, and other financial organizations, ensuring the stable operation of the payment infrastructure in global markets.

Responsibilities

• Development and support of relationships with PSPs, banks, EMIs, and other payment partners
• Conducting commercial negotiations on commissions, reserves, settlement, and cooperation terms
• Coordination of new payment partner onboarding and support of integrations
• Interaction with Finance, Legal, Compliance, and Tech teams
• Analysis of payment indicators and preparation of reports in Excel
• Identification of opportunities for partnership development and improving the efficiency of the payment infrastructure

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Key Account Management, Partnership Management, Business Development, or Account Management
• Experience working with PSPs, banks, EMIs, payment gateways, or other financial partners
• Practical experience in commercial negotiations and partner relationship management
• Proficient in Excel (Pivot Tables, working with large volumes of data, reporting)
• Experience working with payment markets in Africa, Asia, or LATAM
• Knowledge of KYB, AML, and merchant onboarding processes
• English language proficiency for communication with international partners and internal teams
