HRD for Frambini Chocolate Production
Frambini chocolate production is looking for an HRD.
What challenges await in the first 3 months:
- Build the HR function in the company from scratch and develop it along with business growth.
- Implement the recruitment strategy: from line positions (production) to executive c-level hiring.
Tasks:
- HR Architecture: Implement all processes from talent acquisition and onboarding to performance management and retention systems (L&D, C&B).
- Org Design: Advise managers on structure, team effectiveness, and change management.
- Data-Driven Approach: Build an end-to-end HR analytics system (metrics — TTF, TTO, cost per hire, retention rate, turnover rate, eNPS). Decisions should be based on numbers, not intuition.
- Cultural DNA: Develop the HR brand and internal environment that attracts and retains A-players and HiPo employees.
- Executive Leadership: Formulate HR strategy, be ready to work hands-on in the first year of process establishment.
- Strategic partnership with the CEO.
What is important:
- Experience in managerial HR positions (Head of HR, HRD, Lead HRBP), preferably in tech companies or fast-growing startups.
- Understanding of the full HR cycle: recruitment, adaptation, development, performance appraisal, retention, motivation.
- Willingness to combine a strategic HR role with hands-on participation in operational tasks, including independent recruitment for key positions.
- Systems thinking, orientation towards ROI and business results. You understand how HR affects the company's P&L.
- Successful experience supporting business growth and transformation from a startup structure to systematic management during periods of exponential growth.
