Description

💸 Payments Manager (LATAM Focus)

We are looking for a Payments (PSP) Manager with LATAM experience 🚀

Responsibilities:

Monitoring payment methods: metrics, approval rates, conversions
Working with PSPs and providers on disputed transactions
Managing the payment cascade
Controlling and optimizing payouts (payout flow)

Preparing and maintaining settlement requests (including exchange rates)

Building a "cost of money" strategy (balancing and optimizing payment solutions)

Payment anti-fraud: multi-accounting, risk checks, and anomalies

Requirements:

Experience with PSPs in LATAM (Argentina, Peru, Colombia, Brazil)
Understanding of iGaming payment infrastructure
Experience with antifraud / risk / KYC / SAMSUB or equivalents
English + Russian (Spanish will be a plus)
