• Full responsibility for P&L, cash flow, and financial strategy • Revenue management: pricing, customer and channel mix • Optimization of COGS and operational efficiency • Leadership of the financial function (~180 employees) • Management of financing, debt, and banking relationships • Tax efficiency and compliance with legislation • Support for strategic initiatives and business changes
