What is required for this job:
- 7+ years of experience in management positions in quality / veterinary services in the agro-industrial complex, including at least 3 years as a top manager (head of quality department of a holding/division)
- Export: successful experience of passing export audits (China / GACC — mandatory; Middle East, EAEU — advantage). Registration of enterprises in foreign systems (CIFER)
- Supplier Management: building a system of accreditation, audit, and performance evaluation (especially for agricultural suppliers, feed mills)
- Working with clients and claims: experience in supporting audits of federal networks and B2B clients; successful management of complaints and returns, implementation of systematic root cause investigation
- Laboratory base: management of accredited laboratories (ISO 17025), knowledge of PCR, ELISA, mycotoxin methods, cost optimization
- Education: higher education (veterinary medicine, food biotechnology, sanitation). MBA or a scientific degree — advantage
