Mandatory Requirements

• Experience as an analyst from 2022 to present in projects involving the development and/or modification of AI agents;
• Experience in setting tasks for the implementation of AI agents;
• Understanding of which business tasks are worth solving with AI and which are not effective (and for which a traditional software development approach is better);
• Understanding of the architecture of AI agents, components, integrations;
• Experience using zerocode/lowcode frameworks for AI agent development;
• Experience using zerocode/lowcode frameworks for chatbot development (using AI);
• Experience in team development using Confluence, Jira, Git, Jenkins software products;
• Experience working in both Waterfall and Agile/Scrum development methodologies;
• At least 2 years of experience in projects for the development and/or modification and/or implementation of systems for financial market participants or banks.

Tasks: Analysis of business processes and determination of the feasibility of using AI agents, setting tasks for their development. Designing the logic of AI agents and chatbots, configuring scenarios, integrations, and request routing. Preparing documentation, managing tasks in Jira/Confluence, quality control, testing, and acceptance of solutions. Working in Agile/Scrum and Waterfall, interacting with the development team and participants of financial projects.
