Head of Digital Marketing at Yandex Electro
The goal of the Yandex Electro team is to improve people's lives with electric technology. To do this, we are engaged in the development, production, assembly, installation, and maintenance of electric transport, charging infrastructure, and electricity storage systems.
We conceive and oversee the entire chain — from the basic concept and product requirements to assembly, software, and daily service. We create solutions for both ordinary users and corporate clients and other organizations.
Yandex Electro is bringing new brands of electric vehicles to the Russian market. Today, electric cars make up less than 1% of the total passenger vehicle structure in Russia, but we know for sure that this number will increase tomorrow. We are set to shape the new image of an entire industry — in terms of product, technology, and culture.
Build digital marketing You will be responsible for the daily management of all digital channels and funnels: from in-app communications in partner apps of the Yandex ecosystem to contextual advertising in Search.
Digitize the marketing team's work You will need to set up end-to-end analytics, work with the team on key metrics and even develop them, compile reports, and work on disabling dead-end hypotheses.
Set up analytics and test traffic growth hypotheses You will need to build and improve end-to-end analytics for all channels, work closely with the internal sales department and contractors. You will also be responsible for controlling the budget and fulfilling plans across all advertising channels and contractors.
Manage advertising campaigns Launching campaigns, owning the lead generation funnel, A/B testing, budget allocation — you need to be able to do this both hands-on and with contractors.
Plan budgets and strategies Based on the first metrics and data, we will need to build plans for the year and several years ahead for multiple brands and multiple businesses within Yandex Electro. We expect you to be able to switch between tasks skillfully and plan budgets based on data.
