What tasks await you

Find inefficiencies in algorithms for forming commissions, subsidies, and tariffs We expect the analyst to initiate economically viable changes to business processes or the product that will optimize financial flows between the customer, the courier, and our service.

Monitor the financial impact of product improvements from other teams Our analytics team's deep knowledge of how courier income and Delivery's profit are formed allows us to identify risks in improvements to the customer or courier product and suggest correction options.

Help Delivery partners change their processes for interacting with couriers Our operations team actively interacts with partners who recruit couriers and ensure order fulfillment. The analyst must help the team so that the format of partners' interaction with couriers meets periodic changes in legislation and at the same time provides sufficient income for the partners.

We expect you to

• Have more than three years of experience in the analytics field
• Be able to turn business problems into analytical tasks
• Have a strong mathematical background
• Have excellent knowledge of SQL

It will be a plus if you

• Have applied analytics to model financial flows and optimize profit
• Understand the economics of aggregators or marketplaces
