Head of Department (B2C, Revenue Assurance and Stabilization Department) at Rostelecom

What you will be doing:

• Identifying violations in product operation not covered by existing control measures and procedures, ensuring their elimination.
• Collecting and comprehensively analyzing customer cases arising from functional failures, errors, or incorrect operation of information systems.
• Tracking changes and updates in the functionality of information systems, analyzing their impact on product operation, and responding in a timely manner to problems arising after updates.
• Analyzing recurring incidents and developing proposals to improve the stability and functionality of information systems.
• Actively collaborating with development and testing teams to reproduce, localize, and eliminate defects, as well as obtaining information about planned changes. Monitoring task deadlines, setting technical specifications.
• Updating information about local IT environments, their configurations, and dependencies.
• Selecting or modifying standard solutions and workarounds, taking into account regional specifics.
• Effectively collaborating with regional IT teams to understand the infrastructure, its capabilities, and limitations.

Candidate requirements:

• Higher education (Economics, Mathematics)
• At least 3 years of experience in telecommunications companies, IT companies, financial, or banking sector companies, with competencies in financial and business analysis.
• Experience participating in committees, expert councils, and reference groups formed by state regulators.
• Knowledge of Russian Federation legislation in the field of telecommunications and communication.
• Knowledge of the telecommunications services market, products, and price lists, knowledge of RAU principles and application of its results in work.
