An international payment company developing solutions in the digital payments and financial infrastructure sphere. The company is actively scaling its payments division and strengthening its position in the high-risk market.

About the role

We are looking for a CBDO with strong expertise in the payment industry to develop the P2P direction.

The key task is to develop and scale the payment business, build a partner network, and increase turnover in the high-risk segment.

Areas of Responsibility

• Development of the P2P payment direction.
• Formation and implementation of the payment business development strategy.
• Building and developing partnerships with PSPs, banks, and payment providers.
• Working with high-risk segments and relevant payment solutions.
• Launching and scaling new payment flows and GEOs.
• Negotiations with key partners at the C-level.
• Increasing turnover and commercial indicators of the direction.
• Interaction with internal teams.

Requirements

• Experience in the payment industry (PSP / acquiring / payment infrastructure)
• Experience with high-risk verticals (gambling, betting, forex) for at least 3 years
• Understanding of payment infrastructure: cards, APM, payouts, processing.
• Experience in building and developing a partner network.
• Strong negotiation and deal-closing skills.
• Experience in international markets.
• English language — fluent.
