We are an international payment PSP actively developing payment infrastructure. We are currently looking for a Chief Business Officer to lead business development and partner network scaling.

❤️ Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement the company's commercial strategy.

• Develop the payments sector in the markets of Russia and the CIS.

• Build and develop partnerships with merchants, PSPs, banks, payment agents, and other market participants.

• Seek new opportunities for business scaling and market entry.

• Manage the commercial team, set goals, and monitor their achievement.

❤️ We expect:

• Work experience in the position of CBO, CBDO, Head of Business Development, or a similar leadership role in a PSP, fintech, or payment industry.

• Deep understanding of the P2P payments market in Russia and CIS countries.

• Having your own network of contacts among payment partners will be a significant advantage.

• Experience in launching and scaling payment products.

• Strong negotiation skills and experience in building long-term partnerships.

• Experience in team management and building commercial processes.

• English language proficiency — B2 level or higher.
