Head of Marketing

Hi! We are Reactiv, building a digital state for people and businesses. We do custom web development for government enterprises and private companies. We create applications, services, and information systems: in 25 years of work — 1000 projects in Russia and other countries. We are among the TOP 9 digital contractors for government agencies in Russia.

We are looking for a Head of Marketing who will establish marketing operations, develop the company brand, and, together with the team, develop lead generation.

Responsibilities:

— Plan and implement marketing activities according to the company's strategic plan — Conduct round tables and organize webinars — Generate leads through various mechanics: targeting, email campaigns, and partnerships — Participate in conferences and prepare speakers — Formulate and maintain a marketing calendar — Control campaign budgets — Work in a team with SMM specialists and designers — Build collaborative work between marketing, sales, the project office, and development — Analyze campaign effectiveness by CPA, CPL, and ROI

We expect you to:

— Have at least three years of experience in B2B marketing or IT — Be able to work with various lead acquisition channels: GR, referrals, advertising campaigns — Be able to independently organize online and offline events — Be able to work with budgets and ROI metrics — Be able to write technical specifications for texts and visuals — Be proficient in Google Workspace, CRM, and ad platforms — Want to explore AI tools and integrate them into workflows — Be able to build communication and processes between departments

Tech Stack:

— Google Workspace: Docs, Sheets, Slides, Gmail — Jira, Confluence — Telegram: chats, channels, bots — Serpstat, SimilarWeb, SEMrush — LinkedIn Ads, Telegram Ads, VK Ads, and other ad platforms — AI tools: ChatGPT, Midjourney — CRM Bitrix24
