You will be responsible for

• Setting the commercial strategy for Qazaqstan, balancing growth, profitability, and partner sustainability
• Helping local teams build a strong, balanced partner portfolio and identify new business opportunities
• Building commercial processes that scale without compromising quality or partner experience
• Hiring, developing, and leading a commercial organization of 20+ people, directly and indirectly
• Supporting commercial teams in reaching sales targets while maintaining strong partner relationships
• Leading complex negotiations directly and coaching teams to close deals with top chains and key accounts
• Setting goals, prioritizing, delegating, and tracking performance with commercial managers
• Working with HQ commercial teams on fees, incentives, and reward structures
