Influence manager
What you will do:
- Qualitative selection of influencers by reach and sales, search for effective bloggers (reach and sales)
- Development and implementation of a brand promotion strategy through influencer channels
- Identification of priority blogger types (tier 1–3, micro/macro) and platforms (Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
- Formation of approaches to integrations/content formats/partnerships
- Formation, maintenance, and development of a database of bloggers and creators
- Segmentation of the database: by effectiveness, by target audience, by content type
- Ensuring regular updates, quality, and growth of the database
- Searching for relevant bloggers for brand tasks
- Building long-term partnerships
- Maintaining communication: negotiations, agreeing on terms, monitoring placements
- Formation of a pool of loyal influencers and brand ambassadors
- Launching and supporting advertising integrations and special projects
- Monitoring deadlines, content quality, brand compliance
- Ensuring content output aligns with product and marketing focuses
- Participation in creating and adapting content for different platforms and audiences
- Monitoring brand tone of voice and visual style compliance
- Improving the quality of integrations and nativeness
- Monitoring the effectiveness of bloggers, placements, campaigns
- Analysis of reach, engagement, traffic, sales
- Formation of regular reporting
- Optimization of the database and approaches based on data
- Ensuring the inflow of new and returning customers through influencer channels
- Increasing the share of the influencer channel in traffic and revenue
To help you quickly get up to speed:
- Higher education, additional education in marketing, journalism, public relations, information technology, digital;
- Relevant work experience of 3+ years in companies or agencies with brands at or above the mid-market level;
- Possession of own influencer databases;
- Ability to work with PR metrics;
- Knowledge of the fashion market (competitors, campaigns, etc.);
- Ability to select channels and contacts for a brand and individual PR campaigns;
- Empathy for people, emotional intelligence, friendliness, and interest in new things;
- Skills in forecasting and analyzing your work;
- Knowledge of Excel and Brand analytic, influencer management software (live dune, trend hero etc);
- English language proficiency at an intermediate level.
