DAO GROUP, a manufacturer of lighting equipment, is looking for a Financial Director.

DAO GROUP is a Russian manufacturer of modern lighting equipment (LBS brand) and ventilation systems. They create high-quality products that are valued in the market and used by leading general contractors in Moscow and the Moscow region.

What you will be doing:

Financial Strategy and Architecture:

• Develop and implement the financial strategy of the group of companies
• Form the financial structure: legal entities, flows, taxes, ownership
• Ensure transparency and manageability of finances at the holding level

Management Reporting and Analytics:

• Maintain and control management accounting (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)
• Set up regular, accurate, and understandable reporting for the owner
• Formulate plan-fact analysis and recommendations for management decisions

Budgeting and Forecasting:

• Implement a financial planning and scenario forecasting system
• Determine the company's financial potential for investment and development

Treasury and Liquidity:

• Manage cash flows, maintain a payment calendar, prevent cash gaps
• Ensure maximum efficiency in the use and placement of free funds

Tax Planning:

• Analyze tax burden and implement optimal solutions for calculations and ownership structure
• Control tax risks and ensure documentary protection

Attracting and Managing Financing:

• Organize the attraction of credit and investment resources
• Control the debt structure, interest rates, and servicing conditions
• Maintain business relationships with banks and investors

Financial Modeling and Investments:

• Build and develop financial models to assess project efficiency (IRR, NPV, ROI)
• Prepare forecasts and scenarios for strategic decisions

Teamwork and Control:

• Work in conjunction with the chief accountant, auditors, and consultants
• Ensure transparency, discipline, and accuracy of all financial processes

What is expected from you at the start (first 3 months):

• Conduct a financial audit of the current situation
• Implement clear and regular management reporting
• Launch a stable payment calendar with monthly/quarterly forecasting
• Proposals for optimization of assets, taxes, and financial processes

They are looking for a specialist who:

• Has at least 3 years of experience as a Financial Director
• Possesses accounting experience and a deep understanding of accounting
• Has worked in construction and trade companies with a turnover of over 1 billion rubles per year
• Is a highly systematic person who strives to digitize and structure everything (that healthy meticulousness)
• Is attentive to detail and can competently prioritize in a multitasking environment
