🚀 Technical Product Manager We are looking for a Technical Product Manager to join our growing team. It is important not only to organize delivery but also to independently find product tasks, develop solutions with the client and the team, and be responsible for the final result.

What you will do: • Immerse yourself in the product and business, identify problems and growth points; • Formulate and prioritize product initiatives; • Work with the client: identify needs, propose solutions, manage expectations; • Develop requirements, acceptance criteria, risks, and dependencies; • Collaborate with developers to work through technical solutions, integrations, and limitations; • Decompose tasks and coordinate Design / Development / QA / CEO; • Control delivery, deadlines, and quality without excessive bureaucracy; • Organize acceptance and evaluate the result after launch.

What is important: • Experience in Product Manager / Product Owner / Project Manager or a similar role in an IT product; • Experience working with clients and key stakeholders; • Understanding of SDLC and web products; • Ability to work with requirements, backlog, priorities, risks, and dependencies; • Technical expertise at the level of confident communication with developers; • Understanding of product metrics and a data-driven approach; • Practical experience with Agile / Scrum / Kanban; • Systemic thinking, proactivity, and high independence. It will be a plus: Backend/Frontend experience, product analytics, UX/UI and Figma.
