We are the HR Messenger team, part of the Avito ecosystem. We create powerful tools for automating recruitment and help companies quickly and efficiently find great people without getting bogged down in routine tasks.
Our system consists of chatbots that integrate with all the platforms where candidates search for jobs. As a result, it's easier and faster for candidates to get hired, and companies save a significant amount of time and money.
Among our clients are companies such as COFIX, Lime, OTP Bank, KFC, Vkusno — i tochka, Alfa-Bank, Papa John’s, and many others.
We are currently setting ambitious goals for attracting new clients and strengthening our sales team with fresh talent.
You will be responsible for:
- attracting new b2b clients;
- conducting commercial negotiations with clients;
- preparing analytical information for clients;
- developing sales skills, earning, and helping client businesses grow alongside you;
- conducting consultations on improving the efficiency of HR processes.
We expect you to:
- have a successful track record working with the b2b segment;
- be able to build trusting, long-term relationships with clients;
- have experience attracting large and medium-sized businesses;
- know how to establish professional and personal rapport with decision-makers;
- be skilled in business correspondence and online communication;
- possess a high level of responsibility;
- have the ability to work with large volumes of information.
It would be great if you:
- have experience working in IT companies, selling IT solutions or HR products, or experience in the HR field.
