About the team: The Media Sales Support team is a unit of traffic managers responsible for the second line of technical support for clients of the self-service cabinet and for the execution of media inventory for major clients. The mission of the team lead is to transform the team's work towards maximum business efficiency and build a mature partnership model with Avito Advertising. We are looking for a strong leader: a person who deeply understands the advertising industry, a data-driven enthusiast who is primarily inspired by measurable results.
What tasks await you:
- Manage a team of traffic managers;
- Organize the work of the second-line technical support team for Avito Advertising self-service cabinet clients;
- Control the quality of media inventory delivery for major clients;
- Develop and implement improvements in the team's work processes;
- Optimize and automate operational processes for maximum Avito Advertising efficiency;
- Analyze performance metrics and identify growth points;
- Develop partnership interaction with the Avito Advertising product;
- Represent the interests of the team and clients at cross-functional meetings;
- Collect and analyze customer feedback to improve the product.
We expect you to have:
- At least 5 years of experience in digital advertising (traffic management, media advertising, programmatic);
- At least 3 years of experience managing a team of up to 10 people;
- Worked in AdTech or advertising agencies;
- Understand the advertising market and key players (DSP, SSP, ad servers, analytics);
- Understand advertising delivery processes and working with media inventory;
- Experience in setting up and optimizing advertising campaigns for major clients;
- Be familiar with advertising performance metrics;
- Understand second-line customer technical support processes;
- Experience in optimizing and automating operational processes.
It would be great if you:
- Worked in a product company or technology startup;
- Are familiar with the principles of self-service platforms;
- Have experience scaling teams and processes;
- Understand the specifics of the Classifieds or E-commerce market.
