As the production director, I am looking for a deputy to join my team: someone who will spend part of their time personally leading key agency projects hands-on, and part of their time solving managerial tasks as a deputy. Within ~1 year, clear growth to production director is planned.

We need someone who has managed complex marketing production in an agency for many years with a process-oriented approach, and is accustomed to seeing managerial projects through to the end despite all emerging difficulties. As they grow, in this role, they will need to manage relationships with a large number of employees and clients.

What we do as an agency: we increase businesses' annual revenue by 15%+ by providing full marketing outsourcing for owners and top managers of small and medium-sized businesses with revenues from ~100 million to ~2 billion and a mass-market product/service. On average, we work with an annual budget of about 10-20 million rubles and currently take on projects where marketing is not yet established and a comprehensive approach is needed, rather than optimizing 1-2 tools. We keep a lot in-house, create strong websites, use all understandable Digital channels, and are increasingly involved in offline activities: production, media buying. We always start with deep research and strategy for ~200 hours, in conditions of crisis, a demanding market, and the emergence of AI — sometimes faster :). We are about 20 people, but we are just starting to grow actively, moving beyond boutique status.

What we expect:

— You have worked in marketing for over 10 years, preferably 15.

— You have managed production in a comprehensive marketing agency for more than 3 years.

— You have hired many dozens of people. And also developed, managed, and fired them.

— You have worked extensively with small and medium-sized business owners as clients.

— You have personally written dozens/hundreds of business processes/regulations.

— You have developed many deep, large-scale marketing strategies with a focus on Digital/Performance, personally managed their implementation, and are ready to lead such projects for the next ~year.

— For some reason, you want more than others and are full of energy/discipline to tackle big challenges and grow.

Nevertheless, we are significantly developing, improving, and changing our product, especially with the advent of AI.

Conditions:

— Total income from 300 thousand before taxes, about 40% of payment is KPI, including annual ones. Determined solely by interview results, depends on experience, competencies, office/remote work, scope of responsibility, and initial projects. There is clear and tangible growth as results are achieved and the volume of management tasks increases.

— There is currently no office, but its opening is planned in the next ~six months. When it opens, we expect work in the office, but are open to considering remote candidates.

— The company has a core team, many established business processes, systems, and SLAs that need to be maintained and developed: work is not starting from scratch.
