We are looking for a Head of Brand Merchandise and Merch Department who will lead the team and develop the area from idea and production to the promotion of the OTP store and vibrant collaborations. What you will do:
Develop the merch area and manage the team (3+ people):
- Build an effective work process with briefs from internal customers;
- Develop and produce souvenirs and merchandise;
- Control inventory and plan reorders, organize storage and delivery processes;
- Manage the budget: planning and optimization;
- Analyze project effectiveness and develop the merch area.
Manage the OTP store:
- Comprehensive management of the otpstore.ru platform;
- Develop and promote the OTP store;
- Organize feedback collection on products and work on improving merch quality;
- Implement merch collaboration projects;
- Manage projects from idea to implementation;
- Interact with partners and internal teams;
- Support offline marketing projects: participate in related projects and initiatives.
What we expect from the candidate:
- At least 3 years of experience with merchandise and souvenirs;
- Understanding of the full cycle of souvenir product development and production;
- Good knowledge of merch, branding, and souvenir products; market knowledge, trends, and successful cases;
- Experience in building and optimizing processes, managing multiple projects simultaneously;
- Interaction with production facilities and contractors (search, selection, tender management, quality control);
- Proactiveness, flexibility, and a high level of independence.
