What tasks await you
- Work with individual learning and support the client group, including:
- organizing individual employee training: processing applications, managing documentation;
- supporting internal employee channels: answering questions;
- assisting in the onboarding of new employees: conducting welcome meetings;
- supporting internal employee systems (LMS): updating the training catalog, helping to resolve issues;
- Ensure the launch and conduct of current educational programs and events:
- creating training schedules for instructors and authors;
- announcing training, recruiting participants, and supporting them throughout the process;
- collecting and analyzing feedback, transferring it to instructors, and preparing reports;
- planning and controlling expenses within the allocated budget;
- Work with the team and experts:
- attracting and onboarding new experts (authors, instructors);
- distributing tasks within the team and monitoring their completion;
- coordinating the work of external providers and ensuring compliance with agreements;
- Develop and improve educational programs:
- identifying typical problems and growth areas in training;
- proposing and implementing local improvements together with experts;
- developing individual lessons and small courses;
- organizing and facilitating team sessions and training events;
- Support company-wide talent development processes.
We expect you to have
- Experience in developing lessons and courses;
- Experience in supporting and organizing educational programs;
- Ability to work with a large volume of information and structure it;
- Experience in managing projects lasting two months or more;
- Facilitation and training event conducting skills (will be an advantage).
