SKOLKOVO School of Management is developing higher education programs — and we are looking for an experienced marketer to lead program promotion: from positioning strategy to forming an applicant pool and converting them into students.
Responsibilities:
- Development and implementation of the marketing strategy for the business bachelor's program;
- Market monitoring, competitive environment, and current trends in higher education;
- Implementation and execution of a plan for attracting leads and enrollment in programs;
- Management of the full applicant acquisition cycle: reach → leads → applications → enrollment;
- Planning and control, evaluation of the effectiveness of digital and offline campaigns, including budget;
- Interaction with cross-functional teams;
- Interaction with program partners;
- Work with the CRM system and funnel optimization based on data;
- Regular interaction with related departments;
- Development of the program brand – formation and implementation of the PR strategy;
- Planning, creation, and organization of marketing events;
- Development of the school partnership direction;
- Analytics of channel effectiveness, KPI reporting.
Requirements:
- Higher education;
- Marketing experience of 5+ years, including team or project management experience;
- Experience in education (higher education, EdTech) is a significant plus;
- Experience in building and optimizing the full acquisition funnel (from reach to enrollment);
- Proficient in digital tools, analytics, CRM;
- Experience managing budgets and contractors;
- English language proficiency – Upper-Intermediate and above.
