Multisector holding company AlfiGroup is looking for an IT Director.
Alfi Group is a multisector holding company that unites a network of leading enterprises in the construction, sanitary ceramics, bathroom furniture, and paint and varnish materials industries. Over 19 years in the market, over 20 production enterprises, and over 8000 professionals in the team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Change Management (M&A integration): Audit of IT infrastructure and processes for 24 assets;
- Development of unified IT standards and regulations for the entire group of companies;
- IT Service Transformation: Creation of a centralized IT organizational structure (management company + functional subordination on-site). Building support and development processes;
- Migration and import substitution: Development and implementation of a strategy for transitioning to a unified target platform (scope: SAP, Axapta 1C:ERP/1C (variations));
- Automation and BI: Building a system for consolidated financial and management reporting.
- Implementation of BI tools for data-driven decision-making (Data-driven management);
- Process digitalization: Optimization and automation of business processes (production, finance, logistics, procurement, HR, sales, marketing);
- Innovation implementation: Piloting and implementation of AI-based tools for production optimization, demand forecasting, or data analysis;
- IT Economics: Formation and control of the holding company's IT budget (CAPEX/OPEX), justification of investment projects.
Candidate Requirements:
- Experience: At least 5-7 years in a CIO/CDTO position in large holding structures, with an emphasis on building a holding IT structure (merger of international/Russian companies) — as an advantage;
- Successful Cases: Proven experience in centralizing/transforming IT functions;
- Technical Background: Deep understanding of 1C (ERP) architecture, experience migrating from Western systems (SAP, Axapta). Knowledge of modern technology stacks and AI tools;
- Management Skills: Experience managing distributed teams (50+ people), strong leadership qualities, ability to speak the language of business and finance;
- Education: Higher education in a relevant field (IT/Technical) + preferably business education (MBA, Management).
