We are looking for a strong Sales Department Manager (remote) who knows how to sell through value and meaning, not “pushing,” and wants to earn well based on results.
Who we are looking for:
- Experience in selling online courses or info products for over 1 year
- Ability to close deals from 20,000 ₽ and above through value and meaning
- Experience handling incoming leads via correspondence (Telegram / WhatsApp) + calls
- Confident handling of objections and guiding the client to payment
- Skill in managing clients in CRM and on GetCourse
- Readiness to meet and exceed sales targets
- Normal attitude towards the 18+ topic and understanding the product's value (without embarrassment)
- Desire to earn based on results, not just “sit on a salary”
- Ability to adapt and think for yourself (we are not looking for “just lead processors”)
Will be an advantage:
- Experience in online schools or edtech
- Sales via correspondence in Telegram/WhatsApp + calls
- Experience with GetCourse and CRM systems
What you will do:
- Process leads via correspondence and identify the client's real needs + calls
- Select suitable online courses and VIP programs (deals from 2,000 to 80,000 ₽)
- Handle objections and confidently close deals through value and meaning
- Manage clients in CRM and on GetCourse
- Meet sales targets and earn a commission
- Adapt to the nuances of the subject matter and the current traffic situation (which is precisely why top managers earn more with us)
