Key Account Manager
Aviasales for Business is a corporate travel management service and the world's first meta-search for flight tickets for companies. We compare flight ticket prices across different providers and offer b2c prices for business, as well as offering hotels, rail tickets, transfers, and additional services.
We are currently looking for a Key Account Manager to help us build and develop relationships with our existing key clients.
What you'll do
- manage a portfolio of key clients (you'll have about 250) and be responsible for its development — increasing the number of bookings in the service from existing clients;
- conduct meetings with key clients at the decision-maker level;
- be responsible for achieving target metrics for the portfolio (GMV, retention rate);
- help clients adapt our service to their business needs;
- prepare performance reports.
What we expect from you
- you already have at least 2 years of experience in b2b client account management in IT or digital;
- you know how to develop and upsell existing clients and can showcase successful cases;
- you have sales experience in the SMB segment;
- you are skilled in negotiations at the executive level, excel at identifying pain points and needs, and effectively handle any objections;
- you are proficient in Excel or Google Sheets at the level of pivot tables and basic formulas.

- remote first: from anywhere in Russia, with a schedule from 9:00 to 18:00 or from 10:00 to 19:00 Moscow time;
