An HRD is sought for the management company of the Coffee Like coffee shop franchise network.
About the role:
- The role focuses on building a strong HR function, developing the HR brand, and supporting the network's scaling through franchisees. The responsibilities include strategy, processes, communications, and unified HR standards across the entire network.
What you will be doing:
- Developing an HR strategy aligned with the network's growth objectives.
- Organizing all HR processes within the management company (recruitment, onboarding, training, performance appraisal, motivation, personnel records).
- Forming and controlling the HR and payroll budget.
- Developing an EVP and employer brand platform, considering the network's multicultural specifics.
- Creating and implementing a content strategy for career sites and social media (VK, Telegram, HH.ru) – success stories, employee interviews, video content.
- Developing ready-to-use materials for franchisees (vacancy templates, posts, announcements) to ensure a unified communication style in the regions.
- Organizing events for franchisees and their employees (gatherings, forums, round tables, strategic sessions).
- Developing a corporate university (online platform, modular training).
- Grading franchisees with HR support packages.
- Auditing and consulting HR managers of major partners.
- Monitoring turnover, recruitment cost and time, eNPS.
- Analyzing the effectiveness of attraction channels.
- Regular HR reporting to management.
Expectations for the future HRD:
- 3–5 years of experience as HRD/HRBP/Head of HR Brand.
- Experience in chain retail, HoReCa, or franchise structures is an advantage.
- Cases of building an HR brand and communication campaigns.
- Experience organizing events for 100+ participants.
- Experience in operational HR management.
