• Marketing management in Uzbekistan
• Sales growth through: our website (genau.uz), marketplaces (Uzum market, Alif shop, Yandex market, Wildberries)
• performance marketing (Meta, Google)
• lead generation
• Development of SMM and influencer marketing
• Market analysis, competitors, and growth points
• Team and contractor management

📊 Focus

• ROMI, CAC, CPL, CPA
• Sales funnel (lead → deal)
• Channel efficiency and scaling

✅ Requirements

• 3–5+ years in the role of Head of Marketing / CMO
• Experience with marketplaces is required
• Strong performance marketing and lead generation
• Team management experience
• Understanding of e-commerce and unit economics
