- Managing the activities of 400+ employees.
- Ensuring the achievement of planned net profit targets.
- Managing and developing company divisions: production, supply, sales, marketing.
- AI implementation.
- Entering new sales markets, including abroad.
- Managing the division/company budget, controlling expenses, ensuring profitability.
Candidate Expectations:
- Experience in trading and manufacturing companies in managerial positions (Commercial Director, Operations Director) for at least 5 years.
- Experience in sales management across various sales channels, including e-commerce.
- Strategic and tactical planning skills, experience in successful implementation of anti-crisis measures.
- Experience managing a team of 200+ people.
