Mining and metallurgical company Mechel is looking for a Director of Personnel for the Distribution Network.
The company unites more than 20 industrial sectors, including producers of coal, iron ore, steel, rolled products, ferroalloys, thermal and electric energy. "Mechel" also includes three trading ports, its own transport operators, sales and service networks.
Responsibilities:
- Management of current and long-term workforce planning, formation of organizational structure, staffing table
- Budgeting of labor costs, and preparation of regular reporting, expense control
- Improvement of the remuneration system, unification of compensation and benefits policies
- Organization of a regular personnel training system, formation of a talent pool
- Organization of the recruitment process
- Development and effective implementation of measures to reduce turnover and increase employee engagement, formation of a positive HR brand (internal and external environment)
- Updating and monitoring compliance with local regulatory acts governing labor payment, social guarantees and benefits, labor discipline, recruitment, adaptation, and personnel evaluation systems
- Expert control of compliance with the Labor Code of the Russian Federation
Requirements:
- Higher education
- Relevant work experience (preferably in trading companies) of 3+ years
- Deep understanding of labor economics/OTiZ (Organization of Labor and Wages)
- Expert position in HR
