HR-generalist Drinkit
Drinkiit is a new generation digital coffee shop from Dodo Brands. We have reimagined the coffee business and made it completely digital, from ordering in the app where you can customize your drink and adjust the taste as you like with one click, to a smart dispenser that remembers the guest's name and helps easily find their order among dozens of others.
And we are always looking for caring people — professional enthusiasts who care about what they do. Those who act boldly, support the team, and are open to new ideas to create cool solutions together and make the customer experience better.
We are looking for an HR generalist with a focus on project tasks, partner service, and employee experience. In this role, you will support the operation of the unified employer portal, help partners and managers improve the effectiveness of job postings, develop the HR community, coordinate HR processes, and build systematic work with inquiries from coffee shop and production employees.
We need someone who can simultaneously work with people, processes, and data: carefully analyze requests, structure information, identify recurring problems, and turn feedback into concrete improvements.
What you will be doing:
Unified Employer Portal:
- Operational support for partners and managers: accesses, accounts, ongoing issues
- Quality control of posted vacancies and analytics: responses, manager activity, employer page attractiveness
- Recommendations to managers and participation in optimizing the partner's user journey
Drinkiit HR Community:
- Creation and development of a community of partner HR representatives
- Organization of webinars, meetings, and best practice sharing
- Gathering feedback and identifying partner needs
Employee Hotline:
- Processing inquiries: classification, escalation of sensitive cases, monitoring deadlines and closure
- Analytics on inquiry topics and dynamics, relaying feedback to relevant teams
- Participation in developing corrective actions for systemic cases
Motivation Programs and Events:
- Administration of bonus accruals: registers, deadlines
- Coordination of corporate and HR events
What we expect from you:
- 2–3 years of experience with HR projects in internal communications, employer branding.
- Experience managing multiple parallel operational processes with inquiries.
- Experience in internal communications: preparing mailings, instructions, and training materials for various audiences.
- Data collection and analysis skills, ability to find patterns; proficient in Excel / Google Sheets.
- Ability to build and describe processes, translate chaotic requests into a clear system of actions.
- Communication skills — easily build rapport with partners, managers, and internal teams.
- Empathy and tact — especially when handling employee inquiries and sensitive cases.
- Initiative — propose improvements, not just execute.
- Flexibility — switch between diverse tasks and adapt to changes.
What we are ready to offer you:
- Work in a global company with ambitious goals and large-scale tasks.
- A culture of freedom and responsibility. We value those who are ready to make decisions and take responsibility for them.
- Transparent conditions. Competitive salary, opportunities for growth and development;
- Hybrid work format from Moscow.
- Paid training. Courses, conferences, professional literature, and co-financing of English language learning on Skyeng.
- Employee well-being. Voluntary medical insurance from day one, including dental care, and mental health support through Alter.
