The Shokoladnitsa coffee house chain is opening a vacancy for a Marketing Director.
Key Responsibilities:
Brand Strategy and Management:
- Development and implementation of the company's marketing strategy for the short and long term.
- Brand positioning in the external market, development and implementation of rebranding, restyling programs, creation of sub-brands and new brand directions (in conjunction with an agency).
Audience Acquisition and Retention (CRM & LSM):
- Development and implementation of a comprehensive CRM strategy: building a customer relationship management system, database segmentation, marketing communication automation, implementation of customer journeys.
- Loyalty program management: development of mechanics, launch and scaling of loyalty programs (points-based, partner, hybrid), performance analysis, customer retention and reactivation.
- LSM strategy implementation: development and implementation of standards and tools for in-store promotion (POS materials, promotional activities, visual merchandising, in-coffee shop activations).
- Organization of a system for studying consumer preferences: conducting research, analyzing feedback, forming operational proposals to increase the network's competitiveness and menu relevance.
Product Strategy Management:
- Development and management of the menu concept in close collaboration with the food and beverage line leader, brand chef, operations department, and procurement department: forming a unified product ideology that aligns with brand positioning and target audience expectations.
- Management of seasonal and event-based menu updates: developing a marketing strategy for launching new products, seasonal offerings, and limited collections (autumn-winter, spring-summer, holiday campaigns, special collaborations).
Digital Marketing and PR:
- Development and implementation of a comprehensive promotion strategy using digital tools (SEO, SEM, SMM, targeted and contextual advertising, email marketing, push notifications) and traditional channels (outdoor advertising, TV, print media).
- Development of the company's communication strategy, including media relations, reputation management, PR activities, and collaborations.
