Lumisfera show is looking for a Head of HR Department.
"LUMISFERA" is a federal-scale project of luxurious orchestral concerts in the glow of thousands of candles.
Geography — more than 35 cities in Russia. Over 600,000 spectators have attended the concerts. The team creates a premium product and service level. An atmosphere that you want to return to again and again.
This role is for a strategist who is ready to build, change, and take responsibility for results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Become a strategic HR partner to the owner and general producer
- Transition personnel management from manual control to a systemic level, where people, structure, and profit are interconnected
- Ensure the team's influence on key financial indicators (revenue, productivity)
- Reduce business dependence on chaos and duplication of functions through clear roles, KPIs, and areas of responsibility
Tasks:
Management Architecture:
- Organizational structure changes for scaling
- Formation of clear roles, areas of responsibility, and decision-making levels
- Review of the material motivation system (goals, KPI)
Formation of a Management Team:
- Assessment and development of managers
- Participation in hiring key managers
- Development of managers' soft skills: communication, performance management
Hiring and Onboarding System:
- Creation of a predictable candidate attraction system (cold and warm channels)
- Implementation of assessment standards and reduction of vacancy closing times
- Development of onboarding programs for employees to achieve results quickly
Systemic Work with Talents and Knowledge Transfer:
- Identification of talents, formation of succession planning and individual development tracks
- Creation of a corporate university: knowledge base + mentoring
- Diagnostics of bottlenecks in management and efficiency losses
- Creation of a working chain: attraction, development, retention of talents
Mandatory:
- Understanding the role of a strategic HR BP and the ability to implement it in practice
- Systemic thinking: you see the inseparable connection between "structure → people → profit"
- Business orientation: you can calculate the cost of managerial errors (turnover, underutilization, duplication)
- Experience in building or transforming a management system and corporate culture
- Experience working directly with the owner and making complex HR decisions
- Internal maturity and integrity
Will be an advantage:
- Experience in the event industry, show business, premium service, or creative industries
- Experience in scaling a federal project and opening new cities
The company offers:
- Income: from 200,000 ₽ (fixed part). The bonus part is discussed after 6 months and is tied to the achievement of specific business goals

- You will work jointly with a business consultant on building HR processes
