Responsibilities:
- Manage revenue growth. Be fully responsible for marketing in ticket sales
- Analyze regions and form proposals for concert geography. Forecast sales for each concert, city, and date, build a system for early risk identification and corrective actions
- Build marketing on "hard" data. Monitor key metrics: ROAS, CAC, ROMI, LTV, conversion to purchase, cost per ticket sold, direct sales share
- Develop strategy and positioning. Influence program names, prices, dates, venues, and visual promise – to drive sales growth. Work in conjunction with the Brand Director and PR Director (without overlapping areas of responsibility)
- Manage all acquisition channels. Performance, CRM, proprietary loyalty program, direct sales, ticket aggregators, partner channels. Test, immediately turn off ineffective ones, and reallocate budget towards working tools.
- Synchronize B2B marketing and sales. Build a unified funnel, generate leads for the sales department, control their quality, and set up interaction between departments
- Manage a team of 15–30 people. Performance, CRM, analytics, content, digital specialists, and contractors. Task setting, management rhythm (daily sales control, weekly analysis, monthly audit), development of team autonomy
- Build end-to-end analytics and dashboards for concerts, cities, venues, channels, creatives, and budgets. Make decisions based on data, not intuition. Regular management reporting to the CEO and General Producer.
- Manage the budget. Plan, defend, control ROMI and ROAS. Timely stop inefficient campaigns, implement conclusions from inefficient schemes into the decision-making system

- Understanding of the strategic CMO role and readiness to be responsible for financial results
- Systemic thinking and business orientation
- Experience working directly with the owner
- Marketing management at the P&L level
- Proven experience influencing revenue growth
- Understanding of unit economics and key metrics
- Experience in building and managing a team
- Skills in working with analytics and data
- Inner maturity and integrity
Will be an advantage:
- Experience in ticket sales, e-commerce, travel, EdTech, marketplaces, subscription services, fitness chains, or other businesses with mass transactions and repeat sales
- Experience in the concert industry is a plus, but does not replace the mandatory experience in performance, CRM, analytics, and sales funnel
Who will not be a good fit:
- Candidates whose primary experience is focused solely on PR, SMM, brand management, event promotion, influencers, outdoor advertising, or event organization without proven impact on sales, revenue, conversion, and advertising effectiveness
Expected Results:
- A built acquisition system with a stable lead flow
- A manageable funnel with clear economics (CPL, CAC, LTV)
- Revenue growth through channel efficiency, not budget increase
- Clear positioning that increases conversion and reduces acquisition cost
- Synchronized marketing and sales operations
- Transparent analytics for data-driven decisions
- Autonomous team that meets targets
- Reduced dependence on individual channels
The Company Offers:
- Income: from 200,000 ₽ (fixed) + bonus based on goal achievement
- Format: office in the center of Moscow (partial remote work possible by agreement)
- Real responsibility – you manage strategy, budget, and channels, not just execute tasks
- Freedom in managing a team of 15–30 people and external contractors, we trust your expertise
- A beautiful premium product – a federal project with an atmosphere you want to return to again and again
